As President of CareCloud, Crystal Williams brings over two decades of leadership in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), steering global operations with a sharp focus on Client Success, Credentialing, and Coding. Her innovative approach has transformed CareCloud into a hub of operational excellence, delivering measurable success for healthcare providers. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, Crystal streamlined processes and spearheaded initiatives that elevated client satisfaction and revenue optimization.  

Previously, her tenure at GE Healthcare IT was marked by impactful projects and Lean certification, showcasing her ability to align strategy with execution. Based in the Windsor, Connecticut office, Crystal is known for her deep understanding of regulatory landscapes, payer data analytics, and tech-enabled frameworks. Her unwavering focus is on driving CareCloud’s innovation to revolutionize the client experience and healthcare industry. 

With over 40 years of financial expertise, Norman Roth serves as CareCloud’s Interim CFO and Corporate Controller. Since 2014, he has spearheaded initiatives that optimize financial performance and uphold corporate integrity. Before joining CareCloud, Mr. Roth had worked as a forensic accountant since 2003, primarily in accounting malpractice. From 1991 through 2002, Mr. Roth served as the Director of External Reporting, Treasury and Tax and later as Business Manager of WWOR-TV. Mr. Roth began his career at Ernst & Young LLP in 1977 and left as a senior manager after 13 years of service. A summa cum laude graduate of Rutgers and holder of an MBA in Taxation, Mr. Roth’s CPA and fraud examiner credentials underscore his precision and integrity. Adeel Sarwar, Chief Technology Officer at CareCloud, has been a driving force behind the company’s technological evolution since joining in 2004, back when it was known as MTBC. In his role as CTO, Mr. Sarwar oversees the strategic development and deployment of technology solutions for clients, partners, and internal teams, consistently delivering impactful business outcomes. With extensive expertise in designing and developing cutting-edge healthcare products, he excels at integrating innovation, revenue growth, and IT strategies to align with business objectives. Over his tenure, Mr. Sarwar has held key leadership roles, including Lead Software Engineer and Technical Manager, showcasing his unwavering commitment to technological excellence and innovation.
