CareCloud is a healthcare information technology solution provider that offers hospitals and physician practices a comprehensive product portfolio of fully integrated clinical, revenue cycle and practice management solutions and other related business services including transcription and data management. CareCloud’s Board of Directors keep the company’s mission, values, and vision at the forefront of the Company’s operations. The Board oversees CareCloud’s business affairs with the utmost integrity and works with management to establish the Company’s strategic direction. With a strong sense of fiduciary duty, the Board ensures that shareholder interests are maintained at all times.

Mahmud Haq

As the Founder and Executive Chairman of CareCloud, Mahmud Haq has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. Before establishing CareCloud, previously known as MTBC, he held the position of CEO and President at Compass International Services Corporation (NASDAQ: CMPS) between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at American Express (NYSE: AXP), where he served as Vice President of Global Risk Management. Mr. Haq holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation management from Bridgewater State College and an MBA in Finance from Clark University.

Hadi Chaudhry joined CareCloud (formerly MTBC) in October 2002 as an IT Manager and later advanced to roles including General Manager and Chief Information Officer. In October 2016, he was appointed Vice President of Global Operations and became President in 2018. Currently, he serves as CareCloud’s Co-Chief Executive Officer. With extensive experience in healthcare IT, he has also held various positions in the banking and IT sectors. Mr. Chaudhry holds a BS in Mathematics and Statistics along with multiple IT certifications.

Bill Korn has been a key executive at CareCloud (formerly MTBC) since June 2013, serving as Chief Financial Officer for a decade before transitioning to Chief Strategy Officer in 2023. Throughout his career, Bill Korn worked as CFO at six different businesses, including SnapOne and Antenna Software. He obtained an 87% Compound Annual Growth Rate using strategic mergers and organic market growth. He dedicated ten years at IBM, where he assisted in building their leading services strategy. He serves on the Board of Jerash Holdings (Nasdaq: JRSH). Mr. Korn earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School. 

Anne M. Busquet has served on CareCloud’s Board of Directors since July 2014. As President of AMB Advisors, she brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience, having held key roles at American Express and Interactive Corp (IAC). Throughout her professional tenure, she has achieved leadership success in multiple businesses and corporate boards, such as Blyth Inc. and Meetic.

Ms. Busquet serves on the Board of Pitney Bowes and Provista Diagnostics. She is also a Trustee on the Board of Overseers for Columbia University, Business School, the Romanian American Foundation, and the French Institute Alliance Francaise. Ms. Busquet got her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her business administration qualification from Columbia University.

John N. Daly brings over 50 years of expertise in the financial services industry. He began his distinguished career with a 23-year tenure at E.F. Hutton, where he served as an Executive Vice President and was a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Daly later advanced his career at Salomon Brothers, working in both New York and London, where he led the Private Client Division and International Equity Capital Markets. Today, he lends his considerable experience as a Trustee Emeritus of the Culinary Institute of America. A proud Yale University alumnus, Mr. Daly further refined his leadership acumen by completing the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in 1979.

Cameron P. Munter brings a wealth of diplomatic and strategic experience to CareCloud’s Board of Directors, having joined in June 2013. He most recently served as the U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan from October 2010 through July 2012, following a series of high-profile diplomatic roles in Iraq. His distinguished career also includes appointments as the U.S. Ambassador to Serbia and U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission to Poland.

Mr. Munter is an accomplished scholar, having earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Cornell University, and a doctoral degree in Modern European History from Johns Hopkins University. He further demonstrated his leadership capabilities as President of the EastWest Institute in New York until 2019 and currently serves as a senior advisor to Agora Strategy Group AG, a Berlin-based consulting firm.

Lawrence Sharnak brings a wealth of corporate expertise and a commitment to fostering diverse workplace cultures to CareCloud’s Board of Directors, having joined in April 2020. Prior to joining CareCloud, Mr. Sharnak spent over 30 years at American Express, where he excelled in a range of senior leadership roles. During his tenure there, he was the founding sponsor of several key employee networks, including the Asian Network (ASA), the Professional Orientation and Development Program (P.O.D), and the Consumer Card Diversity Team, initiatives that have left a lasting impact on the organization’s culture.

Beyond his corporate career, Mr. Sharnak has also demonstrated a strong commitment to community service through his involvement with various boards. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Cinch Board Services and has previously held board positions at Teach for America New Jersey, A+ for Kids, Consultants to Go, and Boca Grove.

Mr. Sharnak earned his BBA from the University of Massachusetts and holds an MBA from Babson College, credentials that underpin his deep understanding of business strategy and leadership.
